Welcome to Lampton Homes! We are pleased to inform you that from the 1st April 2024 you will have a direct line to your landlord. We are very much looking forward to being closer to our tenants so we can support you as best as possible.
Lampton Homes have a resident-centred approach and look to provide good quality, sustainable homes & neighbourhoods for the benefit of Hounslow Residents.
From 1 April 2024 Lampton Homes, through its legal entity Lampton Investment 360 Limited, will not only be your landlord but will also directly provide you with the resident, rent and repairs services.
You should have already received an email (or letter if you do not have email) from Madison Brook, the current Agent in your tenancy agreement, to inform you of this change. The pictures below show the principles of the change:
WHAT CHANGES
We will take over all tasks from the current Agent – Madison Brook.
This means that from 1 April 2024 you can (and should) contact us for any queries in relation to your tenancy, rent, property, maintenance, etc. Further details will be provided in the Welcome Pack.
Until 1 April you still need to raise any queries with the current Agent – Madison Brook.
Deposits will be transferred to a new and secure Deposit Protection Scheme.
Deposits (paid by yourself or the London Borough of Hounslow) are currently held in a Deposit Protection Scheme, set up by Madison Brook as your current Agent. From 1 April 2024, we will arrange for deposits to be transferred to a new Deposit Protection Scheme set up by Lampton Homes (through Lampton Investment 360 Limited).
You will not be required to take an action and we will send you an updated Deposit Certificate when the transfer is completed. Deposits before and after 1 April 2024 will remain fully secure and the amount does not change.
WHAT REMAINS THE SAME
Your tenancy agreement continues as existing.
Lampton Homes was already the Landlord, and we as Landlord will also take on the role of Agent as well.
There is no impact on any of your benefits due to this change.
Most rent payments (linked to your benefits or paid directly) were already being paid to the Landlord, meaning there is no change as the Landlord remains the same.
If you are a resident who does need to update account information for rent payments, we will get in touch separately.

- 20-26 March 2024 – Welcome Pack
You will receive a Welcome Pack from us between 20-26 March 2024 on your email address (or by post if we don’t hold an email address). This pack will contain further information around support and queries around Residents, Rents, Repairs and FAQs.
- 27 March 2024 – Website
Our website www.lamptonhomes.co.uk will go live with the information from the Welcome Pack (support and queries around Residents, Rents, Repairs and FAQs).
- 27 March 2024 – Virtual hello
We will host an online webinar to say hello, and where all residents can ask questions. Details to follow with the welcome pack.
- 1 April 2024 – Transfer of all services
Details of how to contact us will be added our website www.lamptonhomes.co.uk and our call centre will go live. Tenancy services and support will be provided by Lampton Homes from 1 April 2024 forward.

- Do I need to take any action pro-actively?
No. If anything is needed, we will separately get in touch with you at a later point.
If you are a resident who does need to update account information for rent payments, we will get in touch separately.
- Will any planned maintenance and scheduled visits still go ahead?
Yes, all planned activities will proceed as planned.
