Update: 21 Aug 11:21

Dear Resident,

Lampton Services in partnership with Lampton Homes would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the water being isolated for a couple of hours during the day on 20 August 2026.

Current Heating System Issues:

We are aware of ongoing issues with the district heating system and the roof plant. These plant-related faults are causing intermittent interruptions to the heating and hot water services in some properties. To help us ensure we do everything we can to rectify the issues:

Please Check the Following:

To help us ensure your heating and hot water system continually operates effectively:

  • Make sure you have sufficient credit on your meter.
  • Check that your heating controls are switched on and set to the correct mode.
  • Allow access to your property if an inspection or repair visit is required.

We are working closely with our contractor, Daikin, to restore services as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on progress.

Emergency Override System

An emergency override system is in place while repair works continue. However, residents may still experience intermittent faults while the plant issues are being resolved.
