Eden House
Completed in 2019, Eden House offers 75 one and two-bedroom social rented and Shared Ownership homes for individuals, couples and young families in Hounslow.
The development
The eight-storey scheme was designed by architects WWA Studios to provide every spacious apartment with its own balcony and shared access to landscaped communal gardens.
Residents also benefit from 4000 sq ft of community space at ground floor level and are just a short walk from Hounslow Central tube station and local amenities.

Community impact
Eden House was delivered by Lampton Homes and its joint venture partner EcoWorld London. Construction training, apprenticeships and school visits were provided to Hounslow residents during the delivery of Eden House.
