Two Bridges

Completed in 2022, Two Bridges features 30 new homes with a mix of shared ownership, build to rent and purpose-built supported housing for adults with learning difficulties.

About Two Bridges 

The development was designed by award-winning architect practice West Waddy Archadia (WWA) Studios and delivered through our joint venture partnership with EcoWorld London. 

The development is comprised of two blocks: one for supported housing and one for general housing that provides new residential homes in line with the London Housing Design Guide.

New Homes for Hounslow 

The high-quality new homes at Two Bridges provide all-important affordable and supported homes to those in the local community most in need. 

In total, 10 local key workers now live in homes at Two Bridges, as part of London Borough of Hounslow’s Key Worker Scheme.


Sustainability and wellbeing measures 

Sustainability measures at Two Bridges include photovoltaic solar panels for renewable energy, cycle parking spaces, electric vehicle charges and boxes for bats and birds. 

The landscaped gardens and private community space at Two Bridges provide a natural setting for the buildings. They were designed to provide various health and wellbeing benefits to residents associated with the natural environment as the vegetation matures.
