7 New Road

We are aware that there is an issue with the roof plant in Block 7 New Road. We are currently liaising with contractors. We will provide a further update later today

5 New Road

Our contractors also attended 5 New Road today (10/07). The system is now operational, and residents should have access to both cooling and hot water.

Further works are still required to complete the repairs. We will continue to provide updates as work progresses.

Similarly if you have issues please contact your landlord.
